Yash Soni chuckles, "I never seem to know about my Navratri plans." The actor, fresh from a trip to the US, admits that he is usually the last to find out the venue for his garba performances. "I rely on my friends in the industry for planning, as I'm not great with organizing things," he laughs. "They decide where to go, and I'm always the last to be informed." Yash also mentions his long-standing group of friends with whom he enjoys attending various garba events during Navratri. Despite not being fond of garba in his younger days, Yash's perspective changed after participating in the song "Bol Mari Ambe" from the film Fakt Mahilao Maate. He recounts the challenging experience of learning garba for the song, noting that it led to a newfound love for the dance form. Excited about dancing to new garba tunes, Yash expresses his anticipation for songs like "Umbra Vaali" and "Chaniyacholi" that have caught his interest this year. Despite his enthusiasm for Navratri celebrations, Yash emphasizes that he prioritizes his work commitments, even during the festival season.Scheduling film shoots brings me great satisfaction. Even if I get only half an hour to dance during Garba, it is a fulfilling experience. Regarding food after Garba, he sadly mentions that he always has to watch his diet during Navratri. Before his acting career, Manek Chowk used to be his favorite spot for post-Garba feasting. Previously, he would indulge in various foods without worrying about calories. However, now he carries his own food and strictly follows his diet plan. As for his Navratri attire this year, he mentions feeling comfortable in dhoti pants for the first time. He prefers this look over tight churidars, pairing a kurta with dhoti pants for a stylish and comfortable Garba season.
